: Why have paper cups in the rooms. Surely it's better to save the planet by using reusable China/ pottery cups. Plus it tastes a lot better from a cup !!

: It was very close to the central station and the main attractions in Amsterdam. Also I really liked the hot cookies given during the check inn and check out.

: I think the bathroom was small compared to the room type and size.

: 1st of all the staff were not professional in dealing with customers,un honest ,bad response,housekeeping is poor and the Booking.com were not telling that there will be extra taxes to be paid at the hotel, I am blaming also Booking.com for unhonestly and non clear payments that must be added to the amount I am very unsatisfied with my stayed in this hotel and I feel sorry to be back to the same hotel in 19th to 21st of November 2019

: I was booking a hotel under one condition that I could pay at the property as I hadn’t got the money, once booked I had to pay full amount straight away due to it being a flash sale, and in order to cancel it I had to pay a €575 cancellation fee so be careful if booking.

: Good location near with Amsterdam Central Station

: Originally using booking.com I ordered other type of room (much better). It was 308 room Queen Junior Suite. I booked Executive Suite with View. But staff couldn't help me all, after 1st night they changed my room from the 3hd to 11th flow 1011 room, but it wasn't the room which I had booked. The price difference was about 150-200EUR.
