: there were variety of food but quality was not good comparing to other resort. for lunch they were serving less quantity while they were focusing on dinner. also restaurant on the pool were serving very low quality food it was below my expectation. staff speaking poor English

: A few staff were rude, the alcoholic drinks tasted watered down, they didn't have Ayran which is a common drink in Turkey. The cooked food at buffet was mostly uninspiring.

: We had big problems with lights in our suites living room: Just blue night light is there and I had no chance to read before sleep. So I asked reception to bring me reading lamp. Instead of this they sent stupid electrician without a single word in English. My wife painted him lamp and he told that understood. Nothing happened. Then I came myself to reception and staff told that they arrange all. Nothing happened. In the evening I invited front desk manager and just he regulated all my problem during five minutes....Is it right attitude of 5* hotel?

: The bedroom was spacious and had a nice view. There were various drink and snack bars. Nothing was too far to reach, all the amenities were close by. There are also some shops close by. The location is good.

: The staff barely spoke English so communication was difficult. They were also unhelpful and unwilling to help. All the swimming pools - indoor and outdoor - were freezing and so we didn't get to swim at all, this was very disappointing. The food at the main buffet restaurant was poor to say the least -don't come here if food is important to you. All the snack bars shut early and during the early evening most things closed so there was nothing to do! There was no evening entertainment apart from a singer once! Using most of the gaming room cost an additional charge which was pointless since there was nothing else to do and not many people used them anyway. On our second to final day, the hotel started closing it's amenities because it was off peak season and was due to close at the end of October. This was annoying because we weren't told - we couldn't use the Tennis courts or some of the snack bars. We felt tricked since this wasn't communicated to us at any point. Overall, a very boring and disappointing experience. Definitely didn't feel like a 5* hotel, nor did we get treated how we do in other 5* hotels. would not come here again.

: Excellent location, fantastic staff except the reception which let it down....We had to complain to reception on 3 occasions that our shower and bath were not working correctly. It took them 2 days to get maintenance to sort the problem.

: We have been to this hotel several times before, this time we found the Hotel very tired carpets badly worn and dirty. Beds in the room you could feel the springs coming through the mattress and the pillows were lumpy. Drinks not as per previous visits, only serving local spirits now. And sun beds very dirty
