: The kitchenette does not have simple kitchen things such as knife, plate. I could not cut my fruits. The fridge is for decoration I guess. These can be improved.

: Very large rooms with kitchen and lounge area, but there are absolutely no facilities in the kitchen, not even a plate nor a knife. TV and WiFi reception very poor.

: Mostly is the location and conducive environment, the room was big and clean, also flexibility of the hotel manager. He has good good listening skills, and act promptly.

: My room did not have adequate lightning, the bulb in the living room was not fixed, when I asked one of the room service lady did not have the right answer and said yes it is always the same. So I was not able to work from the living room due to light...

: A great, clean, medium sized hotel. The claim of a gym is inaccurate. Should NOT be stated on their site! They have a couple of equipment in tiny corridor. Yet my choice of the hotel was based on presence of a gym! Therefore hotel turned out to be a bit pricy for me because gym means a lot. I had to improvise for exercise!

: The hotel has been ran down, the staff are very demotivated, unprofessional, rooms are very untidy, AC not working, the bed had bed bugs. The hotel needs a complete make over. Too expensive for such shoddy services...very disappointed
