: The hotel is excellent. Renovated, very well decorated. Super comfortable. Wish I had taken breakfast. Great value for the money.

: It was excellent! For personal reasons it was a bit far from what I intended. Small negative remarks... the elevators to access the hall (there could be some more) and the room lighting system... modern but sometimes tricky.

: Good spacious rooms , very clean rooms. Very comfy beds. Extremely quiet which facilitated a good nights sleep. Close to the U. ( once you know correct exit from station).

: We arrived late (as didn’t know correct exit from U station) so we checked in around 10:30. However we were unable to get anything substantial to eat . Girl on reception tried to make helpful suggestions as we clearly didn’t know area but a more senior male colleague intercepted her assistance to us. So we ended up with bar snacks. All other staff very helpful during our stay. Breakfast very good but expensive for a family. Cheaper options nearby.

: We liked the property itself very much. It was very spacious, and well appointed with relatively new and plenty furniture, fittings, appliances, etc. We actually had two rooms - even though we were booked as a couple. The toilet and bathroom was very suitable. We did not eat here so cannot comment. There is a very nice Italian restaurant within breathing distance, as is a breakfast place and ice cream place. An Edeka is very close by. A metro station is less than 500 meters away.

: Location. We had cancelled an outstanding hotel on Kudamm, and booked here instead, only because we would have had to climb some steps which would be difficult for my wife due to a recent injury. While we had no complaints with this property, we found that the nearby metro station did not have lifts up to street level. Also other than the metro, other public transport was not available nearby, making the airport transit not that easy.

: Excellent location in the western part of the city, in the proximity of the metro. Convenient garage, very clean, very silent nights, excellent bed linen. Very good breakfast and experienced staff.

: Everything was fine in this hotel, we even had a balcony in the room, quite a treat.

: It doesn't qualify as a 5* rating for me anyone else could disagree. Firstly, it has no swimming pool nor spa as the websites states. There's a paid gym next door with swimming pool that doesn't belong to the hotel and can only be used from age 18! For families... no go. The lounge was in a back room situated in the part of the hotel where no one has interest in sitting. Food was poor again for the rating. Location poor, compared to other hotels. Pros; they could serve bf in the room with no additional cost. Room was spacious but hot even with air con in Sept. Overall, it's just a regular hotel that qualifies for 3* as it does not have the amenities a 4* has let alone 5*. Thank goodness our kiddos were with friends, they would have nothing to be occupied with in the hotel nor surroundings. Shame!
