: Spa was a little disappointing, just one whirlpool. Also the rooftop bar was closed for the season.

: All staff were friendly, we were the only people eating in the restaurant which is surprising! Not sure if the menu didn't grab people or if the hotel was quiet as it's November. The decor is amazing, that's the reason I booked it. Didn't manage to get to the spa. Stayed in the mystery room which was on the top floor next to the roof terrace and we had our own balcony with a view of Budapest's attractions (highly recommend)

: Hotel doesn't seem to be in the nicer areas to walk of Budapest but the hotel itself is lovely.

: hotel looks really nice and has an enjoyable spa area. breakfast is also nice. wifi works great.

: little understaffed for the breakfast area. some menus for available options would also help. we usually stay at Clark Hotel while in Budapest which is nicer but given the price difference I think this is also a valid option

: Paid for included breakfast throughout my stay. Went only once. Did not enjoy it at all. Small choice, food quality could be better. Only good thing about the breakfast is the room where it is.
