: Uber was cheap.

: The rooms are very small. I cannot believe they attempted to fit 2 adults in this room. We could barely open our luggage. They linen was not changed daily and I found hair on what was supposed to be a clean dry towel. Uber is cheaper than the hotel shuttle.

: The headboards is built on a dry wall and every time the neighbours closed their doors we could hear it on the headboard..this kept us up all night.. I requested a quite room. My P.A. booked I thought it included breakfast. Booked on booking.Com

: The politeness of all staff from the room service, reception, drivers. The stay was comfortable.

: The last shuttle timing out of V&A was 1015pm whereas the retail shops closes at 9pm. Perhaps the last shuttle can be 930-945pm.

: Excellent bed. Great room design. Though location is in Woodstock which is a developing area, very arty and people of different nationalities and backgrounds. Because it is a bit like Brooklyn in its early days, it could look a bit spooky in certain corners, but with a bit of streetwise behavior you’ll be fine. Location is also just minutes from the Waterfront and 15 min from the Camps Bay beach. So great value for money.

: the Breakfast was very tasty.

: I requested check in between 9H00 - 10H00 when I got there my room wasn't ready. I checked in at 15h30 I requested a quite room and got everything besides that. I was situated in room 428 and was absolutely ridiculous with the amount of noise. There was only one lift working for a hotel that is fully booked. my fridge in my room wasn't working. I didn't enjoy my stay at all as I have stayed there before and knew what to expect only to be disappointed.
