: Beautiful hotel in the centre of Krakow. It is Close to the Castle and the river and also to the Town Square and other sights. The hotel is small and cosy with nice rooms and Beautiful bathrooms. The breakfast was really nice. You can order different eggs, pancakes and other things.

: Nothing - Everything was nice. Perhaps the price is a bit high but that is all.

: Great location, beautiful interior design and fabulous chefs - the meals both breakfast and dinner were delicious The staff are exceptionally pleasant and professional

: Very minor issues; More awareness from breakfast service staff would have been nice rather than us having to try and catch her attention Salt and pepper should routinely be available at every meal Having 2 separate single duvets rather than one large one did not go down well with my partner, though I quite liked it.
