: Staff and service was outstanding. Facilities were great having a rooftop pool was a plus to cool down in the midday heat. Location is perfect on the wall of the medina. Walking distance to everything.

: While the hotel is in a beautiful old grand building something about the hotel feels a little tired. The animal heads on the bar walls were a bit distasteful for any animal lover. The velvet decor felt more over 65+ retiree tour bus rather than the old world charm. The food and drinks at the hotel were very over priced. Overall I would say overpriced and tired.

: The food at lunch was quite poor, the service not as good upstairs as it is in the restaurant at night. Relies far too heavily on its colonial feel, amenities very poor. Terrible WiFi and no BBC World.

: Wonderful service from all staff Welcoming and professional Famililial yet private Check in was very easy and pleasurable with professional guide tour and tea Rooms very comfortable and clean Shower was the best I have ever had The spa experience luxurious and well organized Amina and Ikram are the best etstehicians you could ask for I stayed with my 17 year old son The Hotel organized excursions with guides that felt very safe and easy Food and pastries were delicious Fantastic place
