: We loved the location. It was so convenient to the Alhambra, which is what we came to Granada to see. There were plenty of restaurants and shopping and easy bus access to/from the airport and train station.

: Funky hotel and kind staff. It is a bit (just a tiny bit) hipster, but positive. Liked the view from the room (on Isabel's monument). Location excellent - really. There are two restaurants/cafes at ground floor...we did not have breakfast included, but found the prices more than fair. Quality excellent (vegan and organic products included). We want to come back to this beautiful city and will be happy to stay at this hotel again...

: Watch out if you come by car. Some streets are forbidden for "private" or non-resident traffic. Staff will help you out in advance - once you let them know you come by car.

: the parking is some distance away very narrow to enter and small parking spaces, you can park outside the hotel for a short time to unload etc. the room was an awkward shape, trying to walk around the bottom of the bed, you kept hitting the TV fixed to the wall dangerous at night

: Please don't publish this information. Comments are intended for constructive criticism only. On arrival we had to guess where hotel reception was as there is no signage at all to indicate that a free standing podium between 2 restaurants was the reception desk. We were advised to call 9 if we had any issues in our room but the telephone was not useable. It had no numbers just a tablet type screen which required a user to register (?) before a call could be made and we didn't bother.with it. In fact there was no information in the room about the hotel, the locale or how to use the telephone. In the bathroom: the lighting was dingy and unsuitable for applying make up; the plunger type plugs in both of the fancy his and hers wash basins didn't work and hotel maintenance staff were unable to fix them; there were no places to hang towels. The trim around the light switches on the bed headboard were loose. We never figured out which switches caused which lights to go on and off. The overriding impression was that the hotel wished to present itself as a hip place to stay but somene had forgotten that a key aspect of good design is good functionality. Because there was no effective explanation of how the restaurant and cafe timing worked, we struggled with it and generally ate out - however the one evening meal we did have in the restaurant was good.

: Right at the heart of Córdoba center, a bus journey to Alhambra or can be accessed by walking, commercial center at the left, vegan eatery with superb dishes downstairs, spacious rooms, Japanese bede.

: The lights in the rooms especially one on top of the bed making it look like a giant spider about to attack, too big for the room, walls needs fresh coat of paint.
