: Ah, I normally do not select hotels like this, but on this occasion I wanted to "pamper" myself. Breakfast selection is great, the usual for a hotel of this kind, but service there was not very attentive.

: Unfortunately, I made an error in booking 1 night instead of an intended 2, and did not see my error until I arrived. Unfortunately, the hotel was not able to accommodate me the next day. My interaction with the desk clerk was not entirely satisfactory; I could not get are very good sense of my chances to continue for the additional night. In the event, I decided to find alternative arrangements on my own withing 30 minutes of hitting my room. I think a full service hotel like this might have offered to help in getting an alternative booking. I know Hanoi well, and the hotels on offer here. For 1/3 of the price one can get a bigger room, just as clean, with more personalized service, and a fine location. The gym here is not opened 24/7; that would have helped me in the circumstances having checked in 21:30 (they did hold my room, as I would expect) and having to leave for work early (7:45). No real blame to be placed here, except on me for my error. I just left feeling that the value for the money was not there, and probably would not have felt so even if I had booked as intended for the 2 nights. I note that other western chain hotels give better value for money, in the region, as well.

: Greaf Location . Nice breakfast. Nice chocolate treat at 5pm for an hour everyday . FREE

: We were given a room facing the front main road. It is very noisy because the motorist in Hanoi just loved to horn for almost every thing. Couldn't sleep on the first night. I realised that the windows of this room were a single 5mm glass panel. The next day upon my complaint to the front desk, we were upgraded to a deluxe room facing the back . This room was very much quieter and we had sound, good quality sleep for the rest of the stay. I would request the management to upgrade their rooms facing the front ti a double glazed sound proof windows and thicker curtains. Other than that, it is a lovely place to stay
