: Great layout and friendly staff- food and restaurant excellent. Lovely ambience at night and kept spotless during the day. Easy to get bikes and organise things.

: Better beach presentation as not very appealing ie beach chairs not prepared or inviting - looked a little run down. No actual beach as it is sand bagged.

: Koi resort was a true taste of paradise set in a beautiful town. Koi itself is set around 7km from old Hoi An centre but the resort offered a free shuttle service to and from the town centre. The hotel is set in a very beutiful area with a river running down the front. We had a bungalow with a garden view. The room wasn't overly spacious but that was more made up for with the facilities in the room. The bed was large and comfy with a great bathroom. The resort swimming pool was large and great with a small private beach across the road. You can not swim on this beach but it offered loungers and parasoles to get away from the heat. Whilst at the resort we took advantage of the on site spa and got a massage treatment which was very relaxing and well worth spending an hour to completely unwind. The breakfast selection was massive with everything you could imagine to offer. Staff were massively helpful with every aspect of our stay and the paths and gardens were pristine. Deffinately worth the money we spent and would highly recommend this hotel.

: We would have left the place, if the only western staff member Joshua didn't agreed with our complaints and give us an upgrade to a villa for all the inconvenience we had. Thank you so much Joshua, you made the difference for our stay at the resort. You listened to our problems, you admitted that it was not communicated about the beach and apologized. Thanks for understanding how travellers wants to be treated.

: We choose this hotel for it's location on the beach. The beach was not accessible because of a renovation for already a long time, at checking in we were told the beach with bar and beds were open. Next morning we went to the beach but it was closed there had been no communication about this. Even the staff at the front desk didn't know where we were talking about. Besides that the airco in the rooms made a lot of noise so during the night you had to put them off.

: Lagoon, classical-old style architecture and buggy :), supportive manager.

: Staff work for breakfast restaurant. (Maybe only Sunday...) Rude & not professional. (She didn’t let me and my mom sit wherever we want even though there’s plenty of seats) I had to move 2 times. But the manager fixed and improved the situation right after I filed complaints and breakfast next day was so pleasant.

: The bed is too small (booking said that it’s enough for 2 adults and 1 child, but actually not). Facilities are cheap. I feel that everything here is not comfortable, can’t be 5 stars as i want. Chic Hoi An is even much more better.

: Great luxury resort. One of the best breakfast. Very convinient hotel shuttle bus to old city. The resort have free bycle which can do nice rides along the beach.

: The Spa was excellent Rooms great. Breakfast buffet very good. Pool areas great. Gardens beautiful. Staff very friendly.

: Gym was poor - no air con and too small The kitchen was slow in Chop Stix Restaurant and the staff need more training in bar area plus very slow service.

: Rooms are well designed and the view on the river is charming. The staff was nice, we had a problem with the room (bathroom full of insects) and they supported us immediately.

: It is not well maintained, the rooms look very old, not like pictures.
