: Very competent, efficient and friendly staff at reception, cleaning, breakfast, lunch and fitness centre. Nothing was a problem and service with a smile!

: Location is excellent and rooms are nice and clean. (Even though starting to get a bit dated)

: Breakfast was OK, but considering the competition in Hong Kong from other 4 & 5 Star hotels it could be much better. Would think that due to current political situation in Hong Kong and the low hotel occupancy levels around the city they would be a lot more accommodating and flexible with keeping customers happy.

: Great location with a nice variety of good quality restaurants. We had great meals when we ate at the hotel.

: The rooms are clean and comfortable but pretty standard- we had an Executive King Suite and the room was very spacious but was nothing special compared to other suites I’ve been in. Front desk associates were rude and unaccommodating

: Very unorganised. Booked 6 months ago and room was not ready at 7pm at night had to wait for them to put another bed in. Then had to wait 45 mins for our bags only sent up after more phone calls. Went to have lunch in cafe and was told we would have to wait at least 20 minutes for a cocktail as it came from the bar. Pool side half hour for drinks. We seemed to wait forever for any service very disappointing. Would not stay again

: We had dinner at the chinese restaurant and the food was excellent The price was reasonable for a well known restaurant. The roast goose was great and so was the char siew. Nice service.
