: Liked the location, close to Ala Moana Shopping centre. Was nice to be away from the busy Waikiki beach area and easy to get out. Good pool areas and restaurants. The Study Bar was our favourite, lovely service. Room was good, always clean and felt comfortable. Gym and pools are nice.

: Didn’t appreciate arriving into the hotel and ushered to talk to Concierge for 10-15 mins when we wanted to get up to our room. The property is going through a major change into a timeshare property. There were staff protests happening. Didn’t get in room dining service when staff did a no show. This impacted on our hotel stay and experience. For the price you paid it felt the quality and service was lacking. The adults only pool area is missing out on the Friday night fireworks action. Level 2 pool area was the best place to watch the fireworks uninterrupted and without the crowds yet there was no bar service and pool area closed early. This is a Missed business opportunity especially around sunset and Friday night fireworks for hotel. The timeshare will probably impact on the hotel brand. Not sure what it will be like when all the changes happen.

: Restaurant quality was very average compared to last time we went 1.5yrs ago. The supposedly Seaview (not partial view) which we booked was very poor. We did have a partial view! When you enter the room you are facing the building next door and cannot see the sea at all unless you go and stand by the window. The only rooms, we were told by the Manager that look directly seaward are the Suites across the front. Complete waste of money upgrading. There were no teabags supplied and the and the coffee machine coffee terrible. We understand the hotel is now also a time share so suspect customer focus not as it was prior to this change.

: nice location, by the beach but in nice distance from Waikiki crowds, stylish & modern decor, high quality finish of rooms and public spaces, nice bar downstairs

: A waitress at the grove restaurant was extremely rude and ruined our experience at the hotel on our first day.
