: Location is great, staff are really friendly, room view is breath taking, its just the room was not cleaned properly at all during our entire stay of 6 nights.

: A provision was deducted from my card during check-in. It is quite a common practice but during check-out I was not informed that it had been credited back to my card. The provision still appears to be under my card transactions waiting to be approved.

: Though check-in had no outstanding issues, there was a lack of friendliness that permeated and became more prominent throughout the rest of my stay. As a result, I was not able to relax as was my intention. When I initially entered my room, despite them saying the room was ready there was a lot of hair covering the inside of the bathtub, the shampoo container was already opened and either had a dried liquid or make-up on it. There was only one bathrobe and the slippers were in the room next to the bed. When compared to my eventual second room, there were two bathrobes and the slippers were placed on the shelves leading. This lead me to believe that my initial impression that the first room I stayed in was not fully cleaned was correct. When I called the front desk asking if the room had been cleaned they sent a cleaning lady who simply washed the hair down the drain and quickly set-up the amenities. Upon finishing she motioned for me to call the front desk and tell them it had been completed. When I rang, the front desk was confused as to why I had called and simply asked me “What do you want?” I wanted nothing and told them I had been told to call. I was told it was a miscommunication. Later, upon returning to my room that night I found my suitcase had been moved and another bathmat had been added to my room. Had cleaning entered my room again? I became uncomfortable as I had already started to unpack so I called the front desk once more asking them how many times cleaning enters the rooms in a day. I was informed it was just once. When I tried to explain my unease, they simply told me “I don’t understand” and passed me to the manager. After explaining everything to the manager, I was informed that cleaning did a quick pass of the rooms during the evening, as well. Despite not wanting them, as apologies they sent sweets around 1 AM a full hour later. I went to sleep to find the pillow cases smelled horribly of men’s perfume.
