: Breakfast was really good with huge varieties. The staff are really friendly and welcoming. Enjoyed the Executive Club facility where you are offered drinks all day and afternoon refreshment every day.

: From the time we entered until the time we left, everything ran smoothly. The hotel is incredible and smells amazing. The staff are friendly and very very helpful. The location of the hotel is perfect - all the main attractions are nearby. There is a shopping centre right opposite the hotel and many restaurants opposite the hotel as well which is very convenient. The rooms we had were nice and spacious and clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable (probably the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on) and the view of the city from our rooms was superb. The spa facilities were superb and the staff working there were extremely friendly. Cannot fault the massage or any of the facilities. Overall, a very very splendid stay at the Sheraton and if I was to ever visit KL again, I would most definitely stay at this hotel again.

: My key was programmed for one night instead of two, so I had to went back down to lobby at 11 PM when I got back to hotel. When I tried to get to club lounge floor the next morning, it turned out that the new key was not program to allow me to go up there; so, I had to go back down to lobby to get my key reprogrammed again!
