: The room was very comfortable, clean and spacious. We had an excellent vacation. We enjoyed the shows, adventure activities and watching the sights on the strip. The Grand Lux Cafe is the best restaurant, skip the others- they're overpriced and not too good.

: Booking.com mislead me about the amenities. I thought breakfast would be included and that preparations were made at the hotel because I was celebrating 2 birthdays. Instead I got a pointless letter of welcome, and no mention of a breakfast. The check-in staff were very elitetess in their treatment of the guest. I had to ask several different staff to have my ihg points recognized, my birthday celebrated or to receive the breakfast yogurts promised to me. Some were very helpful (thank you Mr. ANTHONY), while others marginalized or ignored me. Other than that, we had a great time and spent a lot of time on activities in and around Las Vegas. The restaurants underneath the Palazzo are overpriced and the food is not really good.
