Wonderful

Location was very convenient for my needs, apartment was clean and everything in good working order. Very satisfied with the accommodation.

These are not a reflection on the apartment but rather the housekeeping.
Upon arrival, I noticed the only bath linen was a bath towel. No hand towels, shower mat nor wash cloths. I texted the management and they suggested I check the laundry and indeed there were two damp bath towels in the dryer (I shared this with management who offered to bring up the missing items but I suppose my report of the 2 towels gave the impression my needs were met, because they never brought them). I re-washed the towels and went to the neighboring 7-Eleven to purchase a bandana to use as a wash cloth. The large shampoo bottle in the shower had been watered down to the consistency of milk and there is no bar soap to be found in the place, but I did find an assortment of travel size shampoo and body wash in a vanity drawer. The liquid soap dispenser in the bathroom is missing its nozzle so unless you pound the head, soap just oozes onto the bottle. Possible safety issue, there is a receptacle in the bedroom that is missing an outlet cover.
Every other aspect of my stay met or exceeded my expectations.

1. It took me more than 30 mins standing alone late at night to meet the host for the key.
2. The refrigerator was not on, although the host responded the same day to fix it.

Great location, under 10 minute walk from Staples Centre and all the LA Live restaurants and bars, 7 Eleven right next door. Very modern and spacious with a small gym and pool. Great decor and facilities. Communication and check in process was easy.

Location near Staples Center and Downtown, the check in person was accommodating with late changes to the time to pick up the keys

Smell of weed throughout the apartment, not enough soap or shampoo for a 3 day stay, poor mattresses

The person who gave us the keys and showed us around was very nice and easy to reach via text if we needed anything. Everything was clean when we got there and it was very spacious.

There was only one clean body towel that we saw. And one hand towel. It didn’t really matter to us but if you have more than 2 people you may want to ask for more.

We needed a place convenient to the Convention Center. This was ideally located (directly across the street). The bed and couch were plenty comfortable for sleeping, and the parking was extremely convenient and affordable for a downtown location.

There was a soiled paper towel in the bedroom (although I guess I should be glad that the housekeepers dusted). There were no hand towels, washcloths nor kitchen towels (but the bath towels were large and very soft and absorbent). Room darkening shades are needed on the windows, as the apartment is the same level as street lights. And the entire apartment smelled like marijuana (even keeping the windows open didn't dissipate the odor).

The property is clean, convenient and has a professional staff.
The security is great.
The room is well-appointed.
Free covered parking.

The room hadn't been cleaned, but the staff made it right after a slight delay. The towels and bath mats were still in the dryer when I checked it. I further dried the towels and mats and folded them.

first, there was no air matress; only space for 4 people. He said they dont have space for 5 people even though we booked for 5 people! Afterwards he agreed to bring air matress but we could not sleep till he brings back :( Also main bed is comfortable but not the other bed or air matress. Do no book for more than 2 people

Property was very nice, clean and comfortable. Rooftop and pool was clean and relaxing. A lot of stuff in walking distance.

Not enough tissue in the bathroom. Parking suck after hours. Lots of construction, but not to noisy
