: Good location and breakfast. Most staff were excellent.

: The hotel was mainly rented out for a private function which meant there was an extremely loud party going on until 12.30 at night making sleep very difficult. I explained this to a member of staff at check out and he said that he agreed sleep was very difficult that night. I would not have booked the hotel had I known about that late night party.

: Second time i stay in Radisson in Gueliz. They upgraded my room due to unavailability of my booking. I thank them Very much for that. All in all, you will not regret staying here. May the best hotel in marrakech in-term of value for money and a 5 star hotel facilities & cleaniness.

: Location is super! In the heart of the city, anywhere is very accessible. Within the hotel, there is Carré Eden mall with many modern shops and Carrefour market. The ambiance at night is very charming in the hotel with a local band playing international songs in English, French and Spanish.

: Room design is not good, the lavatory is within the room with movable separator, gets water messy when using the lavatory. Breakfast is good but not for a five star hotel, food is not fresh on daily basis. Swimming pool is quite small and very busy!

: The reception staff was excellent, concierge was great too and gave us a really good start to our stay. The suite was nice, large, but the carpets could do with a wash and there were stains on the seating area in the room. The breakfast was nice with plenty of options. We also liked the fact the hotel had little touches like giving my children some floats for the pool. It is these small gestures that mean a lot...

: The carpets in the room need a wash and the furniture a clean. On things "I like section" I mentioned the staff which were really good. However, whilst having breakfast we had chosen some cakes which we did not eat. We asked for a small bag/box so we could take these cakes back to our room as not to waste. The gentleman in the breakfast area did not want to provide us with a bag, looked angry and was discussing this with the other kitchen staff. Was all this really necessary? After all taking two slices of cake and two small pastries when we have spent over $400 euros over a one night stay at the hotel is unacceptable.

: My husband is not fond of staying in the Medina and most of our friends and favorite restaurants and shopping are located in Gueliz, where this hotel is located. I have been by this hotel a thousand times, but never in it. I really never planned to stay there, because I always thought it was better to stay in one of the beautiful Riads that Marrakech has to offer, rather than a Western style hotel. Well Radisson Blu really exceeded my expectations. It was so great to have American like service while in Morocco. Moreover, to have a huge modern bathroom (with bathtub), reliable wifi, comfortable beds with feather pillows and good a/c (in August) was fantastic. They also have a really good brunch each morning. Lots of selections (including an omelet and egg bar). The staff at breakfast were very accommodating and professional. The staff at check-in and check-out were superb. They really had great attitudes and no sour faces, like many places, unfortunately in Morocco. The bellman was fantastic and offered to pull our car around in advance and made sure our luggage got to our room and our room was all set up when got back from lunch. Even the guys who watch the cars in the underground parking lot were amazingly friendly and helpful. I am not sure how they get staff to do such a fantastic job, as the salaries in Morocco are notoriously low, which accounts for why there are so many sour faces. I highly recommend this property and also encourage everyone to tip, tip often and tip well. The workers in Morocco need every precious dirham.

: I only had two small complaints. One was the smell of the room. The carpet had a sour smell. I sprayed the room with perfume, opened up the windows and then later put on the a/c. It was better after that. The elevators are a bit confusing and slow. Some go from parking to the top. Some go from street level to the lobby. Some go from street level to the top, but not to parking.
