: It is really surprising that you still have to pay separately for WiFi! And per person per 24 hours! For a not cheap hotel I would expect this to be included. The same could be said for parking (60 dollars) but this seems to be a Canadian thing.

: We had power outage and had to run down 18 flights of steps. No one said anything I am use to fire drills but my 75 year mom it was a bit much. I would have liked some sort of explanation. i was still nervous didn't know if it eould happen again.

: The breakfast was lousy!!! as a former Canadian the sausage was the poorest quality I think you could buy. Eggs also weren't great. Toast terrible and the coffee not worth having. you are a long way from what you used to be.

: We have stayed at embassy suites on numerous occasions but not for awhile. The happy hour, let's say don't bother. It's not about the wine or beer. It's about the chips and carrots. how cheap! Many people were talking about the poor breakfast and the next morning I would agree. This hotel was way too too expensive for what you got. You have really cheapend your name.
