: Liked the Corso restaurant best. Not much else, sadly. See below. The staff at front desk were nice, and helpful.

: Bathroom ceiling fan sounded like a jet taking off, bathroom doors stuck, wouldn't close properly. Guests on the floor acted like thugs all night, seriously disrupting sleep. Felt very ghetto, unsafe. Huge reception lineups. Waited 25 minutes for Valet to get car. Seriously!

: It was so hot in the room even having the heat turned off that we could not sleep. Staff couldn't get our room accommodation correct and we had to change rooms. We asked for 2 rooms with 2 queens on each accessible if possible. We were put in king rooms initially.

: View for its price was too high. You see the parking lot of the casino as your back drop. Also lineup for check-in was terriable.

: food was poor quality, and cold. Very disorganized. Very expensive for what we got. Food wasn't fully cooked. Bacon was close to raw. We ordered omelets and they came out not as we ordered.

: Free upgrade to a double suite without asking. Very comfortable. Great view of the American falls with the coloured lights. Had a refrigerator.

: Tv remote didn't match the tv. Service came but batteries were dead. We had a double suite so we were able to just use the other tv. Bottom of the shower stall door was a little grungy.

: Staff were every friendly with great hospitality. Concierge team were great with decorating my room as how I wanted since it was my anniversary with my boyfriend. It was an amazing, first time and thank you for the experience with great breakfast! Especially the corner of the falls view is gorgeous.
