: Room was very nice Top level balcony was wonderful Ice machines on every level would be nice tho!!! Amazing view!

: The sheer blinds were broken on the top window and needed replacing (powered blinds) The blackout ones still worked tho so I was not upset about this The elevators were annoying at times

: We liked that we could open the door and listen to the falls, watch the colors change at night and see the fireworks. Watched a wedding in the park. The bed and pillows were awesome. Clean room! Good in room Coffee! Love the recycling (green) options.

: The layout of the building is very confusing! Had to circle the block 3 times and ended up calling to find out where to park.Valet parking was hard to figure out too. Signs would improve the confusion. Finding things within the complex would be improved with more signs. Trim the tall tree in the park so that the view is even better

: The breakfast was better than expected and having the balcony with a high view of the falls was lovely.

: From the pictures promoted on the room, I though the view of the falls would be closer it it was not so. I was on the 2nd floor so perhaps a choice of upgrading to having floor could have been offered.

: The location was exactly what I wanted. The staff were helpful and friendly.

: We requested early check in, 1pm. We waited for 3 hours. We did not need the tv until our son was getting ready for bed. But it would not turn on. I called for assistance. 3 tv's later, over an hour of waiting and TV replacement we were finally able to get comfortable.

: Good location. We can see two falls. WEGO bus stop is close. Good for sightseeing.

: Shower drain was bad. Room cleaning was not so good.

: Too many people at breakfast. Put next to the bar and staff were very noisy throwing knives and forks into bucket on floor. clattering dishes, we had ask them to not make as much noise as it was too loud to talk.
