: Great location and lovely pool

: For a 5* hotel, we were disappointed with our stay. The air conditioning leaked on our first night, soaking our clothes. We had to pack everything up again and move rooms. For breakfast also we were not ever able to have our preferred meal as they ran out of the ingredients, even at 8.30 in the morning! We were also annoyed at how the staff had unknowingly kept and misplaced our ferry tickets and lead us to think that we had lost them - luckily they found them in the end, but they did not offer any apology at all. We requested two free cocktails to make up for all the hassle, but we think this should have been offered to us from the start when we moved rooms - not having to request them ourselves.

: Fire at sunset brilliant and breakfast was lovely too. Fitout of rooms and also restaurant area etc gorgeous.

: Reception staff not incredibly friendly. Also walls are paper thin - could hear everything nextdoor. Had also assumed it would be a fairly relaxed quiet resort however even on a thurs night it was loud music full of base.

: We loved this beachfront property. Perfectly located to watch the sunset! The two bedroom villa with pool was huge! The staff were very friendly and helpful.

: The music plays until around 10pm. The food menu could have more variety and more options for the kids menu.
