: Beautiful view, comfortable bed, and walking distance to several options for dining and drinks

: We had to leave the location for a nice dinner because of dress expectations. I was here to relax but was told the expectation was dress pants and button down shirts. I called room service for food and drinks and was told 'We are out of that' on several items. I finally just settled with a half bottle of wine. Dissapointed.

: I loved the pools when they were open. The facilities were beautiful. Excellent cheesecake and milkshakes at the restaurant

: Double charged on a meal at the restaurant which I had to take care of before leaving. Pool hours could have been longer, especially with being closed at times with weather issues. The coffee at the restaurant was expensive and the worst tasting I have had in a restaurant. Most of the restaurants were closed most of the time, especially the night of check in.

: The hotel is fabulous. The rooms were clean, well appointed and roomy. The staff from the valet to the housekeepers and everyone in-between were professional, polite and helpful. We were there for a very large convention and it housed the convention and all activities with ease. It was an incredible convention and very well executed on all fronts. We always love eating lunch at the Bee Line dinner and again this year it did not disappoint. Food was great, very tasty and I loved that you guys had gluten free options. Luckily our food arrived much faster than expected. And I can say the same for the past 10 years staying at this property.

: The pillows were awful! Glad I brought my own! This is the only suggestion for improvement I would suggest. They felt like hospital pillows. :( I work in a hospital. ;)
