: The Club amenities were great. Breakfast was fine. Loved the happy hour between 5-7. Xpress pass was wonderful. Pool/Beach Club entertainment was great.

: We paid extra for a meal plan, but were not told they could not be used at the hotel and because we didn't actually purchase them at the time of check in, we could not get a refund, so we lost the money. No elevator to parking area level. I work in IT and have to travel with computers and am not permitted to valet. Had to carry bags down two levels.

: We stayed here to get unlimited express pass. It’s awesome, we get to retake rides under the express queue. Every ride is applicable except for Hagrid’s ride. (Which is AWESOME by the way) It’s walking distance to the Parks, really near or you can get up earlier and take a nice boat ride to the Parks. The security check is just before boarding the boat only. No checks before entering the Parks, unlike Disney..

: location was ideal to get to Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure. Fast passes were an excellent bonus. Staff were friendly and helpful. rRom was clean and comfortable

: The hotels location was perfect for Universal and Islands of adventure and the early entry into Universal was great. The kids loved the size of the pool and its slide. They loved the afternoon games by the pool and the little shop on site was very handy for breakfast. They had healthy, gluten free options for me which was a winner! The best thing about our stay (excluding the theme parks ) was our lovely 'rainy day' package gifted to us by the hard rock staff because they saw my youngest daughter crying due to the heavy rain resulting in a closed swimming pool. It contained a free in-room movie voucher and they signature 'purple rain' dessert (shown in attached photos).

: There was a lot of building work going on near the pool and directly under our room so it was very loud in the mornings and throughout the day and not relaxing. Also, we were told we had early entry into Islands of adventure by the hotel park rep. which wasn't true so we arrived very, very early and had to wait with 3 children until it opened.
