: I didn’t get a notification that my room was ready, which was a bit of a pain as we were hanging ‘round needlessly. Also, my ‘water view’ was mainly of trees, the lower level water views are quite different to the top levels.

: The location is great for the Universal parks. The added benefit of Express passes made it good value and the hotel common areas are lovely. The staff are excellent and friendly and nothing was too much trouble.

: Nothing however it is quite expensive for a standard hotel room. The rooms are not really special but serviceable and clean.

: No complimentary water in the room, $7.50 for mini bar water, extortionate Starbucks staff very slow even thou they were using drink machines not fresh bean Grinders!!

: I don't think there is anything that I didn't like about our stay. We only stayed two nights and were out at the parks most of the time.

: The check-in clerk, Cooper, was really thorough. super helpful and very friendly. He answered all of our questions and if he couldn't he directed us in the place that we needed to go. The rooms were a nice size for our two giant suitcases and carry on bags. Would have liked to have had more time to enjoy the pool area since it looked great. We also took advantage of the free transport and walking distance to the parks and City Walk. It may be more on the expensive side but it is worth it, especially with the Unlimited Access Express passes for the rides.
