: The service staff are quite friendly managed by Manish who is working around the clock to make every corner in the resort looks fabulous to offer the best services to the guests. The customer relationship manager - Porch - was quite supportive and responsive for each request raised to her attention. The food manager Riyab showed extreme flexibility to serve the best food to the guests. Overall experience was perfect. Candid feedback from room 1910 from 11th - 18th Aug ‘19

: The room was lovely and well cleaned. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The facilities are great. Security on the beach keeps all the beach boys away. The food was mostly good with a good variety. Breakfast and lunch was great and the themed evenings offered lovely food.

: The additional restaurants which you needed to book on the resort were more of a token gesture and didn’t add an extra experience to the stay. The food they offered was poor and not far different from the main buffet.

: You need to work on your electricity problems the light kept on going on an off in our 3 days stay the lights went on and off for about 6-7 times for about 10 minutes each or less. You need to train the housekeeping staff not to just barge in the rooms, it happened twice that the housekeepers barged in without knocking ( to spray the insecticide and second time to replace the bathroom towels), this is very unprofessional. Your food menu needs to be diverse ( pork was served on most days in breakfast ( sausages) with no option of either beef or chicken.
