: - breakfast didn’t reach my expectations considering the quality of the resort - the receptionist for the early check out was abnormally unwelcoming, no thanks at all and unfortunately let us a bitter image of the resort

: The property was lovely from the outside and the rooms did not disappoint. The extra large bed was extremely comfortable and lots of space in the room. It is a 2minute walk from the port so also very handy. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

: The port side of the hotel is a bog with no beach. The beach is a 5-10minute walk away through Walking street which has lots of bars and restaurants. The beach itself is spectacular with lots of nice resorts on the beach front. The hotel was also quite expensive for a one night stay.

: The pool is fantastic - happy hour between 2 and 4 was great at the swim up bar. Our room was comfortable. Good location with a nice view from the pool. The walkway to Railay beach is a one minute walk away. Breakfast was nice lots of options.

: The air con is quite loud - very effective but loud (with ear plugs was fine). The lift could do with an upgrade(we noticed after being lazy we could have used the stairs!). We did think the room could have used a bit more of a thorough clean between guests.
