: I was happy it looked exactly as on the web site. it has a younger backpacker feel to it. not being in central Rome and had good transportation options near by.

: towels are thin, bed is a little too firm, windows could use screens, tree leaves everywhere so it was hard to keep from tracking them in to the bungalow. All minor issues.

: Long check in. I believe there was an issue with the computer systems? We waited in line for 20+ minutes to check in. Only one person on the desk. Multiple others standing around looking at the line. When we finally got to the desk the woman was quite short. Not impolite but not friendly either. If you stay in a cabin or bungalow don’t expect the wifi to work. About half way through the park the wifi stops working. They need an extender to cover the whole area. Wifi works well in the restaurant!

: The bungalows are neat and not too bad space wise. Not too shabby for a camping spot. I like that there is an ATM on site as well as the fact that you can buy local bus and train service tickets at a machine on site and from the reception. Would like to see the space in summer

: The restaurant food quality was not great. I found the reception staff a little I'll informed on the surroundings and not very responsive to emails. From the time I booked the accommodation - any written correspondence takes forever to be addressed if addressed at all. It would be prudent of the establishment to inform guests of the taxes one should pay when one arrives for planning purposes

: The breakfast was very poor. Bar control of entrance breakfast voucher. Some misunderstanding of how many entrace we had paid for breakfast. We had on paper voucher per one day and not for three days. It was dissapointing that we had to argue by barman last day.

: The rooms were a decent size, we paid 50 for 3 nights and this was a real bargain. The campsite overall was beautiful and very peaceful. The beds were okay not the best but not the worst. Would book again if in rome purely because of the price and simplicity of the room and location. Not too far but not too close with decent access to busses and local cheap shops nearby.

: The toilet had stains on the seat and the shower had no where near enough power. The reception area was a joke. 3 desks and it was whoever pushed infeont of you got served first regardless of the ticket system on the side this meant we waited almost an hour to check in in the rain and the staff didnt care.

: Reception is the slowest in the world, definitely!! 1½-2 hour waiting outside (rain or shine) seems to be the basic thing, in check in, and in check out!! Also in the end of November. Worst customer service ever, although the people are friendly, but there is really nothing moving in this place. Also the same few people in reception seem to be answering the calls at the same time as taking customers. Basic bungalows are in really bad shape, not suitable for living. Mold, corrosion, old dirt everywhere, and super super small, not functional in any way. Deluxe bungalows are mostly quite nice, although some of them also seem to have already mold, even though the decoration is looking quite new. But the difference to the basic bungalows is really really big. Definitely more than the price difference. There is only one big towel available for everyone, which is ok for me, but really bad for the bungalow, because you should really use something for the floor after shower, and also after getting in from the rain with wet shoes and clothes... Area is nice. It would be nice to have a swimming pool available for swimming also in winter time, since the weather was nice for a few days, and there was water in the pool (I wouldn't mind it being cold, it is healthy). I stayed for 6 nights, and I could have stayed a lot more (in deluxe) if they would have had any bearable customer service available.
