: Service at really high level. Position is also very good, in a quite but very central area. The SPA area is really nice!

: Beautiful hotel, very clean and interesting internal design. The room was perfectly prepared. the Staff is very helpful, welcoming and kind. The service were good.

: The place was a bit distant from the historical city (hermitage). For some strange reason the room bar was kept locked..which for a five star hotel it is a bit weird.

: Best staff ever! Everyone was friendly and accommodating from reception to housekeeping to F&B to the doormen. We stayed in 3 hotels in Russia, and this one was the THE best. Very cute rooms, super clean. Although it’s simple, it’s very well equipped and modern.

: The Albora hotel is new and clean, with very comfortable beds. Nice stuff, always ready to help. Delicious breakfast with good variety. A free spa access is included in the room rate, which is a very pleasant bonus. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
