: The worst Hilton experience I ever had. Huge noise at night, from the road as well as from the neighbors. The breakfast ticket needs to be applied every morning, and tips seem to be expected though I do not feel I got any service.

: The facilities of the conference center are pretty good. So is the food served at the conferences.

: There is a lot of noise coming in from the highway, even on the higher floors. The windows need to be soundproofed. Walls between rooms and the door itself are rather thin; you’ll constantly hear doors being slammed shut and the cleaning carts being moved through the hallway. Upon closer inspection, you’ll find dust and stains everywhere.

: The room was clean and the hotel was close to the highway and locations we needed to go to.

: Staff charged me for incidentals at $100, then inadvertently charged me another $250 for the same thing. It was a hassle to get it rectified and have the money put back. My bank card became compromised and another $300 was taken from my account and I had to file a claim with my bank and cancel my card.

: The hotel was packed and only one elevator was working. The little Dixie cups of water at the front were cheap I would have liked to be able to get an actual glass of water. My TV did not work - I couldn’t get the menu or any movie selections (I could just turn it on and flip through channels but no guides or movies or even the hotel channel) and when I called the front desk they said they didn’t know how to fix it.
