: The whole hotel feels tired and in serious need of refurbishment. The hotel seems to get everything wrong, not a disaster, but just not what I expect from a 5-star hotel. Examples: the maids took away our coffee mugs every day to wash them (good) but never returned them (annoying). The coffee machines are low quality and the coffee is horrible. The minibar is one of those annoying ones where you move something and it’s immediately charged to the room. There were no slippers in the room, so we had to call. We only had one bath robe. Room service was so slow we gave up and cancelled (this happened on two different days)

: I think it's ridiculous the WiFi wasn't included, and the TV channels were so limited - unless I paid for the Wifi and used my own accounts to cast. Ug. Very disappointing.

: Architecturally beautiful.

: Items in the room where broken, housekeeping didn’t replenish coffee, sugar or mugs. Pull out drawer was broken and fell out of chest. Electric teakettle also broken. Room smelled very musky. At over $300 a night, very disappointing. I guess because I refused to upgrade for an additional $60 a night, they put is in a really bad room. Asked to be by family, put us 2 floors apart. Not worth the money, save your and stay somewhere else

: The restaurant/bar area was very nice and quite convenient for a one day stay. Staff was lovely, professional. Facilities are classically beautiful.
