: Check in took 15min. During check in they told us that only handicap room is available and all Suites look the same. After checking the room was completely different from what we booked (no sofa, no kitchen table and so on). So again we neeeded to go to reception - they said all rooms look the same from equipment. That was a lie. Furthermore the suite was next to the elevator and it was very noisy all time. We wanted to check out immideately. Suddenly another suite was available with the equipment we booked. The check in was a shame for a high class hotel. The location is not good if you want to do touristic things. The other suite they gave us had a connecting door to the other room so it was very noisy. Once we had a extremly bad smell from the bathroom but they were able to fix it quick. During weekend the breakfast room is very crowded and the staff is not able to handle all customer as well all the time you have to wait cause things are empty and the change takes a long time. No international TV channel like HBO or NatGeo. Roof Terrace is not open

: We will never forget the view over Seoul which we enjoyed from our suite at the 28th floor. The staff is very friendly and helpful with all questions. Breakfast has been great (although a bit pricy). The fitness club and pool are outstanding. All in all we enjoyed our stay very much and will come back next time we are in Seoul.

: The fitness club, gym and pool are closed every 4th Tuesday of each month. This has not been mentioned at booking.com nor at the hotel's website.

: The staffs were the best. Very impressive! They were all very polite, thoughtful & helpful. Super good team & proud of them. I stayed in deluxe two bedroom suite. The hotel room was spacious, clean & tidy. Kitchenware was in good conditions & maintain properly. The bedding was nice too. Mattress was good. You really can rest well with good sleep during your stay.

: We booked 2 Junior Suite rooms, and we had a pleasant stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, and all the checkin processes (for our rooms, for the facilities) went very smooth. Not only our rooms but also all the facilities including sauna, fitness center, swimming pool were clean and nice. The breakfast was great with a variety of food (both Korean dishes and western dishes) and drinks.
