I come for celebrating my birthday and I booked the room before two month on my departure.
I’ve tried to request the room with high floor and nice view.
At last they provided the room at the end of the corridor which everyone hate it.
The view is poor and the room was small. It’s ruin my mode for whole day when I first get in the room.
And the bathroom design is quite weird. Toilet and shower share the same door.

Located in a run down area. Pool & gym closed for maintenance for a whole day was not ideal. Should have been charged less for less facilities being available.

The lift is not enough, waiting too long,
the room I have 626, there are wall blocking the bed, I am not easily to come inside the bed, it is hard to imagine the design like that :(
I never find wardrobe inside the bathroom which is not convenience, I hate it

It's located in great place near many historical and modern things. Food is very gorgeous and expensive.
6 minutes till Metro stations, green line. 1.3 hours till Suwon. Huge amount of fashion shop centers. 6 min to Shilla Duty Free.

The hotel was very modern, clean, roof top swimming pool and bar was a great bonus. Room is clean, modern, you can control it on the ipad.
Short taxi ride to most of Seoul attractions.

It could of been more sun beds by the pool on the roof top.

This hotel was the most comfortable on our 12 day trip in South Korea. It was in a great location, quiet and with comfortable bed and bathroom. The view was beautiful. I had everything I needed and it was easy to communicate with staff. The subway was close by which allows you to travel around Seoul.
