: The entrance, room and overall of the hotel is actually more a 3-star and not 4-star The building host 2 different hotels because there are 2 reception area and the staff was ok We stayed on the 18th floor with good view, size of room is good and location was amazing! Close to everything However, we specifically requested for a room with shower and not bathtub! The worst thing about it is that the bathtub was literally “glued” to it. We got towels with holes. We will not be coming back to this hotel in the future

: The location is good, just 5-10 mins walk from Seoul Station and the area is not crowded.

: The room set is quite strange. Requested twin bed but received one big king bed with a trolley bed close to the window. The toilet bathtub is so small, it is better to remove the bathtub and use the entire space as a shower room. The hot water is difficult to adjust.
