: When I read the reviews about this hotel, it said that its all about money, not about serving people. I found it to be true and was greatly disappointed. I came earlier than my check in time and they wanted to charge for whole day so that I can check in earlier. Most of the decent hotels around the world allow you to check in earlier if the room is ready. I mean Dubai, Boston, Bangkok, and all hotels that I stayed in the USA attempted to help you if you arrive earlier than your check in time. At Vista Warkerhill, no attempts whatsoever. Moreover, when I came back in the evening after my check in time passed I still couldn't check in because my card had problem. Instead of offering me to sort it out later, after check in, they demanded money to be paid right away. I collapsed on the sofa in the foyer, because I was so tired of spending whole day waiting to check in. I think front desk people needs to be given better training in terms of assessing the situation of their customers and offer help. If they are so stiff about money and treat you like this, it is not a decent hotel.
