: Reception personnel are some how helpful.

: The gates security are not friendly for the National visitors..they didn't understand that there is Egyptian guests living abroad and come with their Families from abroad to have a nice time not to have a hard time getting in and out of the hotel. The K9 personnel are not educated enough to handle dogs .one beautiful labrador security Dog had severely back legs and hip problem and the security guy force him to run from the first gate to the reception gate . That is horror for tourists to witness

: Beautiful hotel - right on the beach. Sea View Suite rooms are great value for money. be warned the resort is huge and on a hill - so may be tricky for people with limited mobility ( though there is a golf cart service to get you around). Has a great beach with snorkeling - but it is maybe 15 mins drive from Naama bay - approx. 5 euros in a taxi

: Everything. The room was spacious tidy and clean. The bed and pillows were a dream. We found the food to be good with reasonable variety. The buffet was less of a scrum than at other hotels we've stayed at. The lobby area is a pleasant place to sit. Nice shops. Good gym. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

: The charge for the bar snacks. We enjoyed having them but hadn't requested them and were not informed of the charge at the time. A minor niggle. Also communication about taxi payment for the airport could have been clearer.

: Hotel and staff are great.... the food is average I'd say as for the size and status of the hotel I would have expected better the beach isn't great if you have little ones as it's more for those who want snorkelling. Otherwise a fantastic experience and you may even get to see dolphins in the early mornings :-)
