: The location was fantastic, The overall cleanliness of the hotel was great. The rooms were so beautiful, I wanted to stay in. The swimming pool area and bar were also very cool with great views. Staff were very professional and helpful.

: There really wasn't that much to dislike: relatively expensive, and they initially couldn't offer us a half day rate to extend till 10pm. Later on the managed to find a room for us to use till then, but it was slightly annoying to need to pack bags then move them to room etc.

: The service in the main dining area was a little contrived and if anything, over attentive. Some naivety in dinners service but all with best of intentions. A little more training required.

: The room was bigger than I expected. I usually do my staycation or birthday celebrations at Rasa Sentosa since I am a club member there, Just thought I wanted to try town area instead, especially with the MBS as backdrop. It didnt make me disappointed for my choice for this. I had the hi-tea at the 'Landing Point' and the scones are amazing! I compared it with another hotel in town and it is really comparable and I give thumbs up for it.

: Maybe the kitchen should pay more attention to the customer's requests. At breakfast table, I ordered the eggs benedict and one of the egg yolk was hardered and not runny. The egg yolk dropped out as 'one piece' - too hard. I also ordered the beef steak and asked for medium - but it came out well done. I didnt have it changed because its nearly my end of my meal. Compliments is the coffee - luckily this was done nicely which kind of made up for the food disappointment. The nasi goreng was hard, my scrambled eggs were cooked hard too. That was enough for me to try other food. I stopped at that.

: Absolutely everything exceeded our expectations. The staff were so friendly. The attention to detail was 110%. My husband and I could not recommend The Fullerton Bay Hotel in Singapore more highly. We only stayed the 1 night but we are certain that if were ever to return to Singapore then this would be the hotel we would stay in without hesitation.

: Fullerton Bay is certainly one of the top hotels in Singapore. It is beautifully equipped, is great, you have everything you need. Great is the roof terrace. The bathrobes are really remarkable! Wonderful to stay there!!!! The staff is very nice, acts very well at the reception!

: The restaurant prices are really proud. And if you pay over 24 SD for a simple tea, it would be nice to get honey, sugar and some pastries. The air conditioning is very cold and in the rooms a little more difficult act. It is a pity that guests were there several times, as such not recognized, or noted. This is rather unusual for a hotel of the category.

: Very nice Pool area with relaxing lodge music, colour full flowers, amazing evening bar.Charming little balcony in the room with a fantastic view from Marina Bay and calm water. Very confortable room.
