: Staff are friendly. Room was very clean and comfortable.

: Food choices can be better - especially the hot dishes. The hotel pre-charged my credit card without sending any notifications even though it says payment will be paid on the premises, making it hard to tell what/who the payment was for. I had to send an email to check with the hotel to confirm. Overall was good though.

: It is a very nice and comfortable experience in Mayfull. We had a wedding in there, so we just book one more night for staying. All the staffs are very friendly and helpful. It takes around 5-8 mins walk from the metro station, so it is very quiet. We were very relax there.

: There is nothing I'm not satisfied. Maybe it would be even nicer if the price is a little bit lower (?) But I think it is worthy to pay the price for staying there a night in this location.

: The hotel friendliness and the design of the hotel!! The room was spacious and the high ceiling i like!! Enjoyed my overall stay!! Even though fans are waiting for their idol at the hotel, the hotel staff organise the queue!! Excellent job!! I love taiwan!!

: Food at the restaurant wasn’t that good and not worth for the price!! Location was kinda far from airport but other than that i enjoyed my stay!!

: I like all staffs'service at the hotel except 1 male staff , receptionist ( I don't know the name. just remember the check in date & time at 26 July, about 17:00) . I booked 2 nights. When I checked in, he seems not found my booking name and let me felt that we are not the guest at all. No smile, no patience , My sister and I felt really upset and bad . I wrote it because I really disappointed and I thought it's really hurt to other staffs who all work hard and do well. As a receptionist , it's a very important as first impression of the hotel or company.

: The Grand Mayfull hotel is a very nice and baby-friendly hotel, they provide baby tub, baby crib and baby function UV sterilizer as our request, facilities are wonderful, otherwise, location is great and convenient. Breakfast (palette buffet) has many choices and fresh. Highly recommended with a superb service and food!

: Soundproofing not very well but acceptable.
