: We booked 3 single beds room, it was quite ok, not too small. bathroom got a bit problem, no place to hang clothing and towel. the room is clean and bed is very comfortable. good breakfast with variety choices of food. the front desk staffs are very friendly and helpful(not all). Forgot to ask the staff name, he was really helpful in explaining to us where to go and where to eat, even help us to book a private taxi tour. Location is not good for those who do not want to walk a lot, we call taxi whenever we go out

: bathroom. water pressure is good but no place to hang clothing. there is a hanging rope but clothing still get wet.

: Very nice and helpful staff, also for the breakfast. Reception gave us small gifts for the Chinese new year. They also gave us masks although all shops in Taipei had run out of it during the coronavirus crisis. Very good location. In 5 min walking to the 101 tower. The elephant mountain is very near too. We walked there with the kids without any problem. Subway reached in 5 min walking. Free fruits and water never missing in the room. Good breakfast.

: Some insectes found in the room. The breakfast restaurant a little bit small and the difficulties to refill rapidly the buffet during the rush hour.

: Free use of washing & drying machines. A lot of eateries nearby (but many closed during Chinese New Year). Walking distance to Taipei 101, Breeze Nanshan & shopping areas around there.

: Hotel rooms need some refurbishment, particularly the bathrooms. We booked the basic room which is quite small for 2 people.

: The hotel was easy to find. Check-in was a breeze. Since we arrived before the check-in time, after we checked in, the receptionist got our luggage and then led us to the lounge for us to wait for 3pm. We stayed for awhile and then decided to go to Taipei 101. It was a good 10-15 min. walk. When we came back, our luggage was already in our room. We were given a room with a balcony and a view of Taipei 101! The room was not too big, but it was enough for the 3 of us. The bed, pillows and comforters were comfy. We explored our neighborhood. There was a nearby small night market where we bought our dinner from. We bought Cola and chips from Family Mart which was just steps away from the hotel. On the opposite side, there was 7-11. The following day, we had a taste of their breakfast spread. It was not a huge spread, but the foods we ate were delicious. We were quite satisfied. My son loved their milk and we all liked the Grapefruit juice. We requested the hotel to get us our cab going to the airport. It was more convenient as the driver picked us up from the hotel lobby (11th floor) and brought us to the parking area (basement). For just TWD1,300, we had a smooth, stress-free ride. Everything is good. Most definitely, we would want to stay again in this property if we wish to be back in the Xinyi area.

: The staff acted on our requests right away. When the bathroomnshower's hot water did not work, they immediately upgraded us to a bigger, newly renovated room. We love Sara at the front desk. Two times she assisted us when we wanted our food heated. And she personally checked our bathroom hot water and immediately offered to move us to a more superior room.Thank you sara.

: The toilets in the room had no bidet.

: The location is great! Close to the subway and the night food market, which has a lot of delicious food at affordable prices. The 101 building is within walking distance. The breakfast buffet is fantastic! highly recommend it. My room is very clean.
