: Lovely property in an excellent quiet location in the old part of town. Great mix old and new. A fantastic renovation of an old Palace. There is a lovely small bar and staff were always friendly and helpful. There is a glass plunge pool - fine for cooling off.

: We stayed here for our three year wedding anniversary at the end of July and it was lovely. Our bedroom was lovely and clean with BVLGARI products, the room was cleaned every day with a little treat left on the pillow for our return on the evening. I was disappointed that I had contacted the hotel twice beforehand to advise it was our wedding anniversary and my husband had done the same separately (neither of us knew the other had done it) however this wasnt acknowledged by the hotel in any way which was extremely disappointing as our trip to valencia was for that reason. We booked a transfer through the hotel from the airport but i wouldnt bother doing this in future if I return, I would just get the taxi direct from the airport as it is more expensive going through the hotel to do this. The staff were wonderful on reception and were pleasant welcoming and helpful when we were booking taxis etc. We made use of the pool facilities as it is very tranquil and the location of the hotel is just off the square so it is a great location - as i say for me it was just the fact it was our special time and we would have liked a little card or something as a keepsake.

: Good location although the immediate vicinity is not great. Staff were very good.

: Overpriced compared with other 5 star hotels in Valencia (Hospes for example). Wardrobe was an utter joke, unless you are 6 foot tall it is useless. TV channels not up to a 5 star hotel in a world city. Not one English speaking news channel but multiple channels of people playing tarot cards. Breakfast option is massively overpriced- should be half what is asked. Returning from a day on the beach I was asked for ID and didn’t have anything on me, very embarrassing for me in front of other guests. Whilst I completely agree with security checks there are ways and means. You should ask a security question rather than ask for ID but I shouldn’t need to tell that to a 5 star hotel in my opinion.

: The staff were friendly and tentative, my room was cleaned to a high standard every day and I like the eco friendly approach.

: No ironing boards in rooms (should have that and an iron), no coffee in rooms, mini bar has no alcohol in it (needs some alcohol), no conditioner (needs that as part of the cosmetics) and no face cloth to wash with. Breakfast is okay but needs improvement of menu.

: Beautiful building and amazing interior design The honeymoon surprise organised in our room was very attentive

: Room was in the attic meaning you only had roof windows that didn’t really allow you to look outside. On top of that the sealing was so low that I could stand up by the bed without bumping my head into the wood on the sealing. This room was not what I expected and was not worth the 5 stars I expected. The swimming pool was more a tank, it is misleading they call it a swimming pool actually.
