: The beds were extremely comfortable and the public areas were very attractive

: We ate in the hotel on 3 nights but the last night was a complete shambles. One meal didn’t arrive until everyone else had finished and another was cold. In my opinion those two meals should have been removed from the bill. Desserts and coffee were offered free but this wasn’t adequate to address the issue. Heavy rain appears to have led to water ingress into my friends room.

: The price was extremely high for such a hotel. We stayed a few nights earlier at Murcia at a 4 star hotel with the same facility, very clean, excellent service and total price including breakfast for 2 and all taxes was only €69 per night.

: Breakfast was very good. Staff very friendly; The restaurant was good, but not good enough for a 5star hotel. Staff also very friendly, but with no special training for such a location. The hotels garden is very nice and it is a pleasure to seat there.

: The rooms are already old fashioned and need to be refurbished. Westin publish 45m² rooms (look at their URL or booking.com). That was the reason for us to book there. When we arrived we got a 30m² room and had to discuss the situation. It takes one hour and stressed us and the staff (who didnt hold controll sometimes). At the end they did it right and we got a appropriate room the next day. the aircondition ist extremly cold, when its outside 36 degrees, then you have in all the hotel only 23 degrees, in 3 days you are sick and have a cold. many other guests also!

: Check in was too slow. We were waiting for room service - bottle of wine only (no food) - more than one hour. And no any excuses from the staff.
