Good
:
The location is amazing
The waterhole view so special, apparently we didn’t see any animals during our stay
Gym is ok, bit disappointing as you think a hotel like that would have some weight machines
Food is ok, not many vegan options, few vegetarian options
:
Way to overpriced For what you get
We payed a ridiculous amount to get a few pieces of clothes washed too

Good
:
Position excellent with great game viewing. Attentive helpful staff.
Lovely rooms
:
Breakfast service wasn’t great and 1 piece of toast was a bit frugal!
Had problem with air conditioning which took a bit of fixing although they did offer us another room to sleep in until the morning
The Boma next door was touristy, poor food and poor service and we went later but weren’t advised that the shows start at 6.45 so we missed some of it!

Wonderful
:
Breakfast was wonderful. There was so much choice, I think even the most fussiest person would find it hard not to find something to their taste. 5* indeed.
:
mosquitoes. Make sure that you take repellent with you. The hotel does have nets and spray in the rooms. Plus they leave little pots of repellent for you to use, but I would suggest that you take your own.

Wonderful
:
All in one becasue they have their own restaurant with super view, nice bar and the design is not bad. Staffs are not everybody friendly and sometimes they don't know how to follow up with the guest even though I asked the female staffs many times for the pick up times of the Drum dance show and she only told me that 'is coming..'. I asked for 3 times on Oct 1 2019 19:00 p.m. After waiting for another 30 minutes, the manager came back and told me all be picked up, why you still here. crazy. But anyway, forget it because overall are still good
:
Reception service ( staffs level is not professional and lack of smiling )

Poor
:
We booked 2 single suites for 4 guests and provided all the 4 information at the first place. Such order has been confirmed by the hotel when booking and check-in. However the room fee was double charged by check-out without any explanation. The hotel did not give the explanation that the room fee was charged by person until being request. Understand each hotel has their own policy. But at least the clarification and communication for the room fee should have been provided by the time check-in. Have to say is a breach of contract spirit, such a disappointing experience.

Good
:
Elephants next to the waterhole
:
Clearly much too expensive for what you get
No bathrobes which you expect in such a hotel
Staff clearly unpleasant sometimes which is clearly a shame considering how much you pay

Good
:
The location (by the watering hole) was just incredible! On our first night, we saw a herd of elephants, giraffes, water buffalo and zebras along with warthogs, guinea fowl and lots of birds-unbeatable!! Collette, who organised most trips for us was great!!
:
We noticed the overall costs of a meal in Victoria Falls were about the same everywhere (not cheap) but the food on our first night arrived cold....As we weren't there for the food, we didn't mind too much. I'd recommend trying some other places for food (a night safari with dinner or a lunch cruise on the Zambezi-the food there was amazing!)
