: Gorgeous suites, spacious and comfortable. Lovely little touches like popcorn etc. Great breakfast, lovely views of the water hole. We had a birthday and had a lovely bottle of bubbly

: Staff need direction and managing. Lack of senior management around - staff did as good as they could.

: The suite faces the bush but unfortunately there are many monkeys so it is not very safe to sit outside.

: The bedrooms are small, both the master bedroom and the second bedroom. The layout of the rooms also not good, because of the split level. It is not suitable for family with young kids or person with limited mobility.

: The vulture feeding experience was awesome! there was a great view in the bar area. behind the cabin, you can see monkey and impala just walking and jumping around.

: Lovely property. We were two couples and stayed in a two bedroom suite. The space was great with opportunities to sit and chat, enjoy the wildlife outside the window and snack as we wished. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

: Our stay had a number of less than good experiences. First, we were promised a bag breakfast on our safari morning and none was available. On return from the safari we were promised a snack and we had to wait well over an hour for some fruit and cold meats. This bad service was below what might reasonably be expected from a luxury property such as this. Our second bad experience was the unavailability of the exercise room because of repairs. Very disappointing when promised facilities are not aviilable. Our third bad experience was the bartendercould not make a margarita!

: The staff. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I would like to especially mention "Memory". She booked and coordinated our entire schedule during our jam-packed full day tour. She's a gem! Highly efficient and just awesome.

: We stayed in a 2-bedroom unit and while everything was clean, I feel that the cottage was quite dated and a tad dark. It is a very good 3-star property, but I would not say that this is a 4-star establishment.
