but at 10:30 i was informed that the hotel will close on this day and the manger told me to check out as soon as possible....
the information could be given at least 24h or 12h ahead and not on the same day...

Quality & comfort of the NH chain. The bed was very comfortable. Good choice of fresh produce for breakfast. The sauna, sports centre is a definite plus. Special thanks to Stephanie at reception who dealt with my early check-in in a friendly and professional manner.

Location is very good, very close - 300m - to underground station with trains directly to city center. Breakfast very good, rooms spacious, with kettler for tee, nice view from upper floors, comfortable bed

The entrance hall was smelling very bad from sewage, luckily only in main hall the smell didn't reach the rooms.
The receptionist - Agnes - very unfriendly - no smile, no empathy at all - and unprofessional with us: in the middle of check in she let us down and went to help a colleague with anther client. Her attitude is recommend her for back offeice not frn office. So, check in was a bad experience: bad smell and no warmly welcome from reception .

very good location to the UN building. I had a good deal with free airport picking up, even after my flight was changed.

The reception area could do with some air fresher/better ventilation as I could smell the toilet every time I walked in.

They charged €20 per night for our cat for 'extra cleaning' which basically is highway robbery. €20 total maybe would be acceptable. And the cleaning ladies, do they see even 1 of these €80?
