- Hotel location is really nice. You have a metro station just underneath the hotel.
- A lot of shopping shops around the hotel.
- Not so far from the center and the big cathedral.
- Staff are really friendly and polite.
- We had a free upgrade to a family room.
- They kept our luggage for free on the check-out day for the whole day.
- A lot of breakfast / lunch / dinner places walking distance from the hotel.

Hotel is located in walking distance to everything in the centre of Vienna. There is an underground parking, which was extremely useful for us. Finding entrance when you are driving is a bit tricky as Google sends you to the shopping street, whereas car entrance is from a parallel small one-way street.

Great location on main shopping street area, and underground station under hotel, which was great after coming back to hotel after a busy day sightseeing. Good breakfast selection. All staff were friendly and speak good English, special thanks to Emad from the reception team who made we welcome when I arrived, and recommended some nice bars and restaurants to me close by. I would stay again.

It would have been nice to have a bar in the hotel, although I did know this before I booked, so not a complaint, just a personal observation. It is possible to buy drinks and snacks from the reception area to take back to your room.
