: There was a problem with the rate. It seemed that the hotel and booking.com weren’t looking at the same rates upon check in. It all got sorted out in the end though.

: The room and bathroom was spacious, location was perfect, it's almost close to everything a tourist wants.

: Breakfast was included in the room rate, but I found out that I am allowed to have breakfast with $30 with taxes included, so each time I had to pay more for my simple and limited breakfast, and that way annoying.

: I liked the central position, the comfortable room (lovely bed and bathroom), the delicious breakfast and the great drinks. The design was stylish and just to my taste.

: Breakfast was included in the price, so it felt strange to be given a 30 dollar voucher and having to sign a check every morning. The "Opaline breakfast" was 32,50 (including tax and 18% service charge). Much fuss for practicalities the hotel and restaurant could organise among themselves.

: A lot of rooms face in and are really dark all day lighting in rooms are only lamps so hard to see staff in bar not friendly waited 30 minutes for someone to serve us in end went to bar myself and had to carry drinks out myself
