: For the price you can't go wrong and the staff very friendly and helpful.

: My last stay at the hotel I noticed a lot of younger adults who were a lil disruptive and even though there's no smoking allow you still smell smoke of some kind throughout the hotel.

: I didn’t like the fact that my reservation wasn’t ready when I got there. The room was a bit uncomfortable. There were not enough towels. The heating/air conditioner was not working properly.

: It’s a out if date place. The Ac doesn’t work, stuff was just breaking by the slightest touch and the room and blankets stink.

: The front desk clerk was eating at the front desk, asked me to wait and have a seat. He could not pull up my reservation when I arrived asked me to wait while he contacted a manager to help him. The hotel lobby was outdated, had an odor, the carpet was dirty. The front desk clerk asked me to wait while he went to the back to get a cup of water for himself. Finally checked in the key was given to me and he said '5th floor' and nothing more. Found elevator, headed up to an old brass bed badly & barely held together with 1 sheet, 1 fitted sheet, 1 blanket, and a table runner at the foot of the bed going across it. Two flat pillows. The carpet was dark red and dirty. Lamps inside the room didn't work, electrical outlets didn't work. I had to unplug the mini-refrigerator that sat on the floor to use that outlet for my phone charger. The hallway was very noisy with loud talking guests coming and going.

: The staff were respectful and quiet. Building is in a neighborhood with some old world charm which is nice for a morning walk, also means the building itself is definitely very old yet outdated unfortunately.

: Strong chemical smell in room and hallway. There was no social distancing to be seen and yet there is so much bleach used I suppose it felt like spending a night at a cleaning supply manufacturing plant rather than a "hotel"! Dreaded use of any sheets and towels for the same reason. Breakfast hours are more like 6-8 and not 9am, and not much to expect. No air/no vent in the room. A punched broken door! Broken chain lock. Etc. For the same price Holiday Inns in and around DC provide a stay with minimum standards.

: first I appreciate the breakfast that offered to you but need more and need to add a washer and dryer so people who have a longer stay can at least wash their cloths.

: Great location

: It's an old, outdated building and design but that didn't bother me. What really concerned me was the pocket knife that I found (with red specs which I hoped was rust and not blood) in the closet and the empty liquor bottles in the hallway. I took pictures to show the manager who was actually a nice guy.

: Loud music all night from the floor under us and the room over us, smell of pot yet this is a no smoke zone place. Can’t sleep.
