Small-group XinYi Walking Food Tour

On our 4-hour walking food tour journey, you'll sample over 10 tastings as you wander through the backstreets of the bustling XinYi District and take in the massive view of Taipei 101. You will enjoy some of Taipei's best street food, including the famous "Taiwanese burger" and bubble tea. You'll also visit the Songshan Cultural and Creative Park where you'll sample soup dumplings and the best pineapple cake. If you're feeling adventurous, you'll also have the chance to taste the notorious "stinky tofu" that is beloved by the locals!

Meet your guide at Yongchun MRT Station located in the central area of Taipei and start the exciting food tour to explore one of the most fun and popular areas in Taipei - Xinyi District!

Your friendly local guide will take you to some off the beaten bath to experience authentic Taiwanese food that is influenced by different regions of China and also Japan. Start your adventure at an atmospheric traditional market; from seasonal fruits to piping hot green onion bread, you will taste the best the market has to offer. We then wind through the backstreets to experience some of locals' favorite street food from cold sesame noodles to "Taiwanese burger" to car wheel cake. If you're feeling brave and interested in trying something very unique, you can try the popular local cuisine "stinky tofu" (fermented tofu)! As the walk continues, you will stroll through the Sun-yat Sen Memorial Hall and finally end the tour with a special old school Taiwanese icy treat.
